ABOUT ME
My name is Mag. Aleksandra Engin-Deniz and I stand about more than 22 years in professional life.
My path, in addition to studying business administration in Vienna, led me to an international financial service provider where I spent 7 years and was able to learn about the interaction between "doing business" and control.
I then got the position of risk manager at the insurance company for the implementation of the group-wide Solvency 2 project. Here the broad world of regulation and its essential importance for “sound” management opened up to me.
When I switched to the banking industry, I took over the management of the group-wide project for the implementation of the internal control system and the development of the second line of defense (2ndLdD). In the years that followed, I optimized and established the 2ndLoD instruments at two other banks.
My need to help companies led me to become self-employed in 2023. AEDconsult was founded in February 2024.
Today I see myself as a profound risk manager who strives to warn companies of risks and to adequately control them so that their goals can be achieved. So my mission is to find solutions and an effective and efficient To create a balance between regulation and entrepreneurial action.
